About Me
As an old soul, my journey has taken me through both the depths of human struggle and the heights of spiritual awakening. Through it all, I’ve learned one truth that changed everything: We are here to live in alignment with who we actually are — not who we were taught to be.
What lights me up more than anything is witnessing someone remember their own magic. Watching people reclaim their power, spark their fire again, and step into the life that’s been waiting for them — that’s my passion, my purpose, and my favorite kind of transformation.
Education & Career
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology by age 23, through an intensive 11-month accelerated program. For more than a decade, I’ve walked alongside people in their darkest moments and witnessed them rediscover themselves — moving through trauma, fear, grief, and identity shifts.
I built everything from the ground up — not through shortcuts but through integrity and devotion to what I know I’m here to do. When you follow your soul’s calling over conformity success becomes magnetic and the right people, places and opportunities arrive.
I am certified in Reiki I, a QHHT Level I Intern, and a lifelong seeker who expands daily through study, observation, lived experience, and direct connection to my intuition. I’m also a creator at heart — photography, videography, writing, and expression are all the ways I translate frequency into form.
The Turning Point
The longer I worked in traditional therapy, the clearer it became: healing is not just mental — it is emotional, energetic, spiritual, and cellular.
My own journey through trauma, chronic illness, burnout, and awakening became the initiation into the deeper work I do now — the kind of depth that doesn’t look away, even when things get brutal. I learned that healing isn’t about fixing anything; it’s about remembering who you’ve been all along.
Today, my work bridges the clinical and the mystical — where grounded science meets soul. I’m especially passionate about helping people:
• reclaim their power and sovereignty
• step more fully into their truth
• rise into their purpose
• live from freedom instead of fear
Over a decade in the mental health field gave me the ability to navigate the human experience with grounded clarity, while simultaneously exploring the limitless expansion of the soul.
I’m here for authenticity, fire, and transformation. I want people to see their own brilliance the way I see it — raw, powerful, and waiting to be unleashed. I lead by example, not perfection: by being real, by rising from my own ashes, by embodying what I teach. I’ve always been the person who wants to understand what makes us come alive.

Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology
Lindsay earned a Masters of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology in 2015. Prior to this she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University in 2014.

Metaphysical Training
Lindsay received her Reiki I Certification for energetic healing in 2022 with plans to continue with further attunements in the future. In addition, she became a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) Level I Intern in order to guide individuals into deep meditative brainwave states (theta) to assist in accessing memories of past lives.

Additional Experience
Lindsay completed an internship at Michigan State University through the Institute of Youth Sports (ISYS) working directly under some of the top professionals in the sports psychology community. In addition, she has experiencing working at homeless shelters, secondary education high schools, community mental health centers, and in private practices providing psychotherapy for individuals.
